The staff went beyond to help us! We asked how to get to Hengchun and the worker at the reception she made a whole itinerary for us! She hung a bag at our door with all the information about the trip. We didn't have the chance to thank her anymore so I hope she reads this. Thank you so much! Also we liked te room very much and the location was great. If you're looking for the amenities they are in a drawer.

The location is excellent, so close to the public transport station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, they provided lots of stuff like slippers, teeth brush, shower gel and so on.

Friendly staff, paid parking right next to the hotel. Room was clean and had everything one needs. There was free coffee and snacks. Confortable beds. I can recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, the room we had was relatively small but clean and full of light. The Inn has a self-service coffee/snack bar available around the clock, which was a lovely touch.

Really awesome location. The train station and a couple of night market right at your door steps. We booked 2 rooms, one basic and one slightly better. We think the basic one was better due to the layout and view.
